With over 20 years of global business, start up and human resources experience at fortune 500 companies, Sooky Lee now uses her extensive expertise to provide advisory services on:

Previously, Sooky was General Manager of ADP’s Human Resource Outsourcing practice in Canada offering external clients human resources technology, support and services. Prior to assuming this role in October 2015, Sooky led ADP Canada’s Human Resources function for more than five years leading the company’s talent and culture strategies.
Sooky joined ADP Canada from GE Energy Financial Services in Stamford, CT, where she was the global Managing Director of Human Resources for its $17B energy equity and lending business. Throughout her 14-year career at GE, she held progressively more senior human resource positions, including Vice President, Human Resources, for divisions in both GE Money and GE Commercial Finance.
Sooky holds a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto and Bachelors degrees in both Arts and Education from York University. She lives in Toronto and enjoys travelling all over the world.
