Mike has been with Tree of Life Canada for 11 years in a variety of marketing and analytic roles. He currently leads the Marketing Insights team. He and his team keep a pulse on the food industry and work with a variety of customers to provide key recommendations and consumer-driven insights.
Mike has more than 15 years’ experience in the industry and brings a wealth of perspective to all projects and tasks. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for all things analytical, he is often called up to make impartial recommendations for a variety of categories at retail.
An avid baseball fan, Mike enjoys all things Blue Jays and can be found during the summer months on the field coaching his son’s rep baseball team.
Laura Dobson, Omnichannel & New Revenue Streams Team Lead, Unilever Canada
Laura has been with Unilever Canada for over nine years across progressive customer development roles. Laura began her career with Unilever as a retail representative in Halifax where she learned invaluable in-store executional experience that still serves her today. After a few years of working with Loblaw managing the skin cleansing business, she moved into a M&A role where she led the launch of Shea Moisture and Schmidt’s in Canada. It was in this role she discovered her love of operating in the unknown. From there Laura took on a trade marketing role leading the hair care and deodorants business. In her current role Laura leads the development and execution of the omnichannel eCommerce strategy for Unilever Canada. She is passionate about unlocking new channels of growth for Unilever in the ever-evolving eCommerce landscape. Laura gets her energy from being a people leader and her purpose lies in the development and mentorship of others.
