A: Go to www.GroceryInnovations.com to register with your email. Use the same email to log into the GIC LIVE @ HOME screen.
Q. Is there a fee to attend?
A: CFIG Retailer Members get complimentary access to Showrooms and the conference. For non-retailers there is a fee. Go to www.GroceryInnovations.com
Q. How can I locate a company or exhibitor?
A: Type in the company in the search bar at the top or use the navigation arrows (companies are listed alphabetically). In addition, explore the GIC LIVE @ HOME platform with the Official Show Guide: Available at CanadianGrocer.com; Quickly find it on the navigation toolbar at GIC LIVE @HOME; Access it via email in our Show Guide link sent in an email each day of the show.
Note: You will not be able to directly access an exhibitor from the Official Show Guide
Q: Will GIC still have a New Product Showcase?
A: Yes, there is a virtual New Product Showcase. Attendees can vote for their Top 10 in Grocery products/services by clicking on one of the windows.
Q: How do I enter a booth?
A: There are 2 ways to enter a company Booth:

From the lobby, click on the center sign to go to the directory of booths, click on a logo to enter your selected booth

A: Over the 3-day event, October 26, 27, 28, 2021, speaker sessions will be live starting at 8am EST. There will be workshops and keynotes from expert leaders in the industry that will be available on-demand for 30 days for those registered for the conference. Throughout 30 days, attendees can explore the immersive, interactive showrooms, set up chats (video/text) and engage in GIC LIVE @ HOME scheduled virtual meetings. There will also be demos and education sessions available on-demand. Check out the schedule and digital show guide for more info.
Q: What are the event hours?
A: The event is “open” 24/7 during the live show days – plus 27 days after the event. The live event hours start from 8:00am EST and go until recommended time of 5:00pm EST. Exhibitors will be able to be contacted by retailers, and attendees at any time via the platform chat/video.
Q: What are the Conference hours?
A: During the live show days of October 26, 27, 28, 2021, all conference sessions start at 8am EST. All speaker and workshop sessions will be available online for 30 days.
Q: Who will be attending the virtual event?
A: Retailers from grocery, specialty, C-store, independents, chains and franchisees, mass merchandisers and more will be in attendance. Along with retailers, there will be distributors, agents, wholesalers and manufacturers – all facets of the grocery sector will be present.
